HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

It generally takes us 1-3 business days to prepare, process, and ship your order.

Our shipping times are as follows.

For the United Kingdom, you should receive your order within 10-15 business days after it's shipped.

We are a small, independent company so these are general guidelines. Just contact us if you need an update on the estimated time of arrival of your order.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER? IS IT SECURE?

WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN POLICY?

We offer a 10-day return policy. If you would like to return your product just email us and we will provide you instructions on how to return.

Please note, any product which has intimate/health usage is not covered due to hygiene reasons.

We strongly advice you to look at the sizing guidelines outlined in the product description before purchasing.
